Any time there are upcoming important phases for yield development, low soil temperatures or pH values fluctuations that may limit the availability of soil nutrients.
The treatments are best performed in split applications just before important physiological stages.
Field crops
Cereals: 0.5 – 1 l/ha; first application from the two-leaf stage (EC 12) to the two-node stage (EC 32) and second application from the flag leaf stage (EC 39) to full flowering (EC 65).
Grassland: 1.0 – 2.0 l/ha; first application from the two-leaf stage (EC 12) to the beginning of flowering (EC 61); second treatment as soon as growth is initiated again after the previous mowing.
Rapeseed: 1.0 l/ha per treatment; first application in winter rapeseed from the 5-leaf stage to the beginning of stem elongation. Follow-up treatment at EC 61 first flowers open.
Potato: 2.0 l/ha 7-10 days before the beginning of flowering or when the tubers have reached a diameter of 0.6 – 2.4 cm, follow-up treatment after 3 – 5 weeks.
Sugarbeet: 1 l/ha at the 4- to 6-leaf stage. Follow-up treatment 2.0 l/ha at row closure.
Maize: 1 – 2 l/ha per treatment; first application at the 4- to 8-leaf stage. If necessary, follow-up treatment 14 days after the first treatment.
Vegetable crops
Onion / leek: 2.0 l/ha at the 3- to 6-true leaf stage
Peas: 1.0 l/ha from the 2-leaf stage with stipules and tendrils unfolded to the 6 fully developed leaves stage. 1.0 – 2.0 l/ha at the stage when the first flower buds become visible (ideally) until the beginning of pod formation.
Beans: 1.0 – 2.0 l/ha at the 4-node stage until the flower buds become visible.
Carrots: 1.0 – 2.0 l/ha when the roots begin to expand
Kohlrabi: 2.0 l/ha at the 6- to 10-leaf stage
Broccoli, cauliflower and Brassica species: 1.0 – 2.0 l/ha at the 6- to 8-true leaf stage.
Lettuce, spinach and leafy vegetables: 1.5 – 3.0 l/ha per treatment after plantation, singling or at the 2-leaf stage, second (and third if required) treatment at 10 – 14-day intervals or in case of nutrient deficiency.
Cucumber: 1.5 – 2.0 l/ha with 400 – 1000 l of water
Strawberry: 1.5 – 4 l/ha for the first treatment at the beginning of flower bud formation, second treatment at full flowering, third treatment in the fruit development Phase.
